Davis Dispatch- September 14th

International Problems:
9/14- World leaders and World Systems- We will cover the weekend's homework regarding Comparing and Contrasting World Leaders

9/15 Watch video on Darfur at www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdR9SSB4yPOo&feature=related Analyze the causes of genocide as well as the complications to this situation.

9/16 Using both government sites and non-profit sites list and explain what assistance is being done in Darfur. Find a minimum of 3 sites and discuss in detail your opinion.

9/17 We will be discussing homework as well as taking a News Quiz! We will also begin to compare European genocide to African genocide.

Pasta revolution!! Using 5 ingredients create a sauce that is either sweet or spicy. This sauce must include spices, veggies or fruit. Extra credit will be given to group that creates the most creative AND best tasting pasta dish.

**Bring weekly plan to class to show a minimum of 4 hours of cooking ideas to earn credit.
